What is a popup command?

Hi all, In Anjuta project, there is a message talking about 'popup command'. But which are the differences between a popup menu and popup command? Usually, a popup menu have commands list. Where can I found a tutorial about popup command to learn its concept? Thanks and best regards, Dooteo
