The page http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/NewLanguage has now
been completed, thanks to Roozbeh (fontconfig paragraph) and to Ray
Strode on #gdm.
I hope it will be useful for new language initiatives.

In order to fix bug 330691 [1], a new string is mandatory:
