new strings in dconf-editor and gnome-taquin

Korean translation of GIMP
Hi Korean team (and everyone else)! Someone did what looks like a huge job of translating GIMP in Korean, which was indeed a bit falling behind these years, and proposed it as merge requests: For gimp-2-10: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/merge_requests/51 For master: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/merge_requests/54 We told this person on gitlab to not do merge requests, but instead get in touch with the GNOME Korean team, giving links, etc. We never had any answer (so I wonder if this person receives the notification or read the opened request thread at all; we even tried a message in Korean!). Still, has this person contacted anyone in the GNOME i18n community, and in particular the Korean team? If this goes on without contact, we are not sure what we should do in such case.
