Re: Build error

2020-03-10 Thread Rafael Fontenelle
Hi Daniel,

I notice the warning, but I'm afraid that D-L might allow adding new
translation to Release Notes by adding it to the LINGUAS file, and
right now Release Notes does not read the LINGUAS file. Don't you
think this can be a problem like translation being added but not
effectively enabled?

Re: Build error

2020-03-10 Thread Daniel Mustieles García via gnome-i18n
Hi Rafael,

I've done it because DL was not able to read languages variable from the
Makefile, showing warnings in every language shown in DL for release-notes
module.

I know adding languages manually to Makefile is not the best option, but
that's the way it's done in other modules and avoids DL showing warnings.

Maybe I should have noticed you before applying it, sorry. Hope you
understand why I made that change.

Regards

Re: Build error

2020-03-10 Thread Rafael Fontenelle
Hello Daniel,

I notice you partially reverted the addition of LINGUAS to
release-notes, which might cause new translations added via Damned
Lies to not be made available to the resulting documentation. Can
please explain your reasons?

Best regards,
Rafael Fontenelle

If there are reproducible issues with deploying updating content,
please file a task in GNOME Gitlab so sysadmins could get aware.

Same happens to Galician translations, the release-notes translations are
completed but the website only shows those that come from previous notes.

FWIW that is still showing me old content (with only the translations
for parts that come from previous notes) even though
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Engagement/release-notes/-/merge_requests/19
was merged 16hrs ago and is close to 100% translated.

Yes, I did it yesterday:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/help.gnome.org/issues/1

Maybe it's just a server configuration issue. Meanwhile we can review
translations directly in the PO file.

Thanks!
