I've added the "id" language to both 3.38 and master branches so now you
should be able to add your translations (and also reuse the 3.38 PO file in
master to save some time).
It seems that DL it not taking this change and trying to manually update
branches page gives a Timeout.

Yes, I modified POTFILES.in to fix some errors DL was showing about missing
files (and a non-existant file) in the file.
If strings are marked as translatable but not included in POTFILES it's not
a freeze break (please let me know if I'm wrong... this is sometimesa bit

and you don't have a full knowledge about it I don't think it's a good idea

I don't know how deep are the differences between both languages, but maybe

. I asked him about the possibility of creating a user's group in Gitlab,
formed by some team coordinators, which will have commit rights to be able
to commit a bunch of translations due to the heavy clickwork must be done

comment or context to it. Not sure about comment, but context will make it
be marked as fuzzy, so problem solved.

I think the question about quality Vs quantity should be treated in another
thread.
Here we are talking about the problem between a translator and a team
coordinator.
Please keep conversations separated to ease reading and comprehension of
those separated issues.

So here is the root of the problem :-)
You don't agree your team coordinator's criteria about translationsand ask
us to override him. Let me explain how this works with an example. In
Spanish we have two options to translate the word "Folder": "Directorio"
and "Carpeta". Log time ago we decided
Note that a "bad translation" can be an "incorrect translation" and it can
confuse users or make them fall into mistakes when performing some
operations. I.e. imagine I translate "Delete file" as "Copy file"... it's a
mistake, not intentionated but it might cause a disaster in some
contexts...
