I didn't consider gedit-plugins to be part of GNOME for String Freeze
purposes this time. And this improves usability with the new Translate
plugin.

We changed two strings in gedit-plugins as part of the stabilization
work. One string in the documentation and the other one in the program.
Please review them accordingly.
