list. She should start to receive abuse reports

Andrea, remember that we created the gitlab-abuse-repo...@gnome.org shared
mailing list where we sent the abuse reports to, which includes the coc
committee. It's not as fancy as the admin area for abuse reports, but contains
the exact same text.

@federico, abuse reports are only available to GitLab Admins so even granting
access to the GNOME group they'd not be able to access the abuse admin area.
