I would not recommend to install anything on the runner itself - this way it
would be not possible to get reproducible builds, get bugs related to SDK
version (very common for macos!) or use specific version of the xcode.

@barthalion this is kind of must have for gtk - as we need to get at least 2-3
SDK-s to make sure that code is still working on latest version and oldest
version we are supporting. Installing sw manually on the nodes will not allow
to achieve that.
