Hello here,
I recently tested Wayland in Fedora 24, and noticed that icons in the legacy
tray are unresponsive.
I am aware of this statement about status icons not going to be supported in
Wayland:

But it is unofficial and quite dated.

These criticisms are definitely not fair, I wonder if it is not a pure troll.
Gnome-shell is very functional and stable, I really enjoy it every day.
My only concern is that it is too much in advance compared to the status of the
gtk application ecosystems. Many apps are not ready, and I
