FYI, In case somebody is using MoneyManagerEx for Android. I'm just adding the currency filter in the search parameters, which would allow exporting .qif files per currency. This should be in Beta release tonight and would make transfers from a mobile device into GnuCash easier as currently the import handles only one currency per file. (Haven't tried yet the new import in 2.7).
