I was triyng to install GnuCash from trunk today and followed this
guide:

When launching "make install all" the process exits with the following
message:

In the Windows-Version Gnucash 2.3.2
complains that the just selected file cannot be
found if it is on another drive-letter.
Steps to reproduce:
start gnucash
file-open
delect drive-letter p:
select path "todo"
select file "test"
"open"
message: "the file '//P:\TODO\test'" cannot be found.

Up until now, I've been acting as the release engineer for unstable 2.3.X
releases leading to a stable 2.4.0 sometime in late August or September.
However, we have not really nailed down the functionality that will be
available, so I want to try to do that.

Hi Christian,
I have been talking to Santiago and Eneko about the actual status of the
spanish translation of GnuCash and being one of the new users I want to give
back to you offering myself to continue with this task.
I am a Localization Engineer after working in translation and QA before. I
Weird.. But yeah, if you don't support future dates we should just pop
up a dialog when they try to use one.. Error reporting on input
validity checking works.
