On the About GnuCash window, is displayed among other things Version Build ID Finance::Quote Question, should the AQBanking version be displayed as well? Or perhaps is this just opening up a whole can of worms for all included third party s/w? Chris

I normally use gnucash on macos, but today, was experimenting with flatpak Build ID: git 3.4-145-gc9ddd6c82+(2019-02-23) on fedora 29. I seem to remember seeing recent emails that the location of the metadata was in ~/.local. But the message upon launching gnucash displayed the following popup:

I performed a git clone of the maint branch on July 31st, built and have been using it successfully since. Today I performed a git pull in the unmodified clone. Now using the freshly compiled gnucash, when opening a saved (via save as) copy of a previously okay gnucash file I get the error:
