Hi Lorrie, Welcome to GnuCash. For this discussion I am assuming that you have installed GnuCash onto a Windows computer. You only need to do that once. First, create a folder under My Documents called LorrieGnuCashData or something like that. If you have your file explorer set to show file

Your problem arises often. Sometimes it is not even handled correctly by the financial institution. In the QIF import the same transaction will be reversed when it is imported into the loan account compared to when it is imported into the bank account IIRC. I did not take Accounting in college,

I downloaded the Windows installer, and it successfully installed on a Windows 10 VM. When I try to launch GnuCash it fails with: Runtime Error! The application has requested Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, 15063.674. -- Sent from:
