Hi. I recently installed 3.3 to get the fix to the credit memo bug and now I am seeing similar behavior as that described in https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796879 Iin my case I do not see the problem immediately upon GnuCash

That is certainly not usual, but perhaps this has to do with what you are viewing. Do ALL account registers only show data before Feb 2? What does the General Journal show? Have you tried to search for a particular transaction dated later to see if it is found? Are any of your register views

Is it possible that you have opened one of the automatic backup files rather than your current file? When gnucash is open it shows the name of the file in the title bar. Does it have a lot of digits in it (which will be date/timestamp of when the backup was taken)? If so then click File > Open

[GNC] Lost my GnuCash data

I have been posting deposits and checks to GnuCash from 1/1/18 to end of Sept. When I opened the file only data up to Feb 2 appeared, other than a monthly repeat entry. Is there a method to recover this lost data or do I have to start all over again? Is this unusual or random in the software?
