TL;DR: I plan to move the hardware that runs code.gnucash.org on the
afternoon/evening of February 1, 2020, which will involve some significant
downtime as the machine is physically moved and then racked. Expect
anywhere from 4-12 hours of downtime for email, wiki, archives, gncbot,
and git
I'm using v3.8 under ubuntu 18.04. The Tax Report works as expected
with the defaults. However, when I select just one expense account and
it's children the Tax Report shows repeats the entries and tallies
twice the expense. There is a short example below. Is there a fix for
this?

The answer depends partly on whether your computer is a Windows, Linux or
Mac machine, and on other factors such as whether your data file is on a
local drive or cloud or NAS or USB key.
Can you find the file with your file manager? Provide more details for a
better answer.

Hi,
I've been using Gnucash for a little more than a year. When I went to
open it today my computer is telling me that the file can't be found.
I need advice ASAP on why this might be happening.
