I'm wondering if GNUCash is actually calculating RETAINED EARNINGS properly. Because after issuing a distribution to shareholder the Retaining Earning calculation increased by Net Income but did not decrease by Asset:Cash which was debited and credited to Equity:Shareholder Distribution. I have n

Ubuntu is now up to 18.10 "Cosmic Cuttlefish." Apparently Ubuntu doesn't make much effort to get the most recent Gnucash. I am still thinking that way-back-when Gnucash copied my files config stupid, and having a more recent version try again may solve the problem. -- Brian

gnc-fq-dump doesn't work for most sources

How to limit the number of message threads to once or twice a day?

I'm seeing way too many threads from the gnucash-user thread, sometimes as many as six a day. How can I change the feeds to only once or twice a day and in a threaded manner, instead of each individual message with the included repetition of original message? Thanks, _
