As John Ralls wrote back then, those who wish to use mysql as their back end
should be ready and comfortable with being database managers. Trained db admins
should be undaunted with the installation and setup steps

If it's possible it will be great for the gnucash developers to include
these sql libraries - not just mysql but postgres also - as unofficial
release to those who are interested and use them at their own risk.
