I don't know of any tutorials but budgeting around fixed assets would have
to be based on their potential income generating capacity in the period
being budgeted for including returns like rent or lease returns or dividends
for securities held - less any maintenace expenditure and costs

I am trying to figure out how to do fixed asset budgeting vs. current asset
budgeting.
I can find tutorials that explain the latter, but not the former.
Is it any different than current asset budgeting? It seems to be.
