[forgot to copy the list the last time].
So when I pay from the account I sometimes find it works, and don’t know why
only sometimes. In the process payment dialogue attached to the bill there is
a checkbox near the bottom left, not far from where you fill in the number,
that says “print

I was simply going to File > Print Checks after selecting the
transaction, but as you point out, it seems printing from the Process
Payment screen works reliably as well.
We haven't heard back from the OP, but I guess they are either on an
