I just tried to install online quotes for GnuCash 4.4 in Win10 home. It failed to install Strawberry Perl because it did not have permission to install programs. So then I tried to run the installer with administrator privileges and it failed because it could not access the internet (?) though

Is there a way to toggle off and on "Get Online Quotes" for a stock or fund without GnuCash forgetting the associated settings? To get quotes for a UK fund, I switch on Get Online Quotes, select Multiple sources, scroll down to the bottom of the list of sources, and select "U.K.
