Welcome to GnuCash! Since you have already found the qfx importer you are almost there. Each QIF file contains only transactions from one financial institution and probably only for one or two accounts. You simply follow the steps that appear after starting the importer. It will first ask you

I use Dropbox for my GN file and I've had no trouble. I installed the dropbox app for Windows 10, set up the account and specified which dropbox folders to synch, and I could see the dropbox folder in Windows Explorer and also the GN file - no problems at all. Perhaps open the dropbox app on

Save File to Dropbox

I would like to save my GnuCash files to dropbox so I can edit across both my Macbook and my PC. Saving to Dropbox hasn't been a problem on my Macbook. I am able to simply select the Dropbox folder in the file tree when opening or saving from GnuCash. GnuCash on my PC does not show the same
