Thanks Bruce for the update. I've installed it but must be doing something
wrong.
Syntax seems to work fine for YahooWeb, but I received an error if I do the
same command with YahooJSON. HTTP::CookieJar::LWP is installed and up to
date. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this effectively.

Bryan, I believe "something" is purchased when you move money into an IRA.
For me, it's a money market fund with the share price a constant $1.

When I do a transfer I price the removal and addition transactions at cost.
Then there is no gain/loss/ or orphan entry to deal with and the cost data is
preserved. Don't know where I got that idea, but it seems to work. Mike

I just recently built Gnucash 3.2 on Mint 18.3 following the steps in
the wiki instructions. Did the dependencies, the googletest install,
the build and finally gnc-fq-update. It works just fine. There are a
lot of steps, but they seem to be correct.
As an aside, Debian, Mint and Ubuntu
Haven't tried 3.1 on windows. What I did to find the new folder on
linux was to save a report config and search for the file which was
saved_reports2.8 or something like that. The old reports were still
where 2.6.xx put them. Moved them to the new location and renamed them
to the 2.8 file
I found them to be at /home/user_name/.local/share/gnucash. This was
on archlabs (linux). Mike

I am trying GNC-3.1 on Archlabs with good success. It is available as one

Jeffery, I have used Linux Mint and Manjaro with good success. Am
currently using Mint because I got tired of the large, frequent updates
associated with Manjaro, a derivative of Arch Linux. I agree you should

Hi, I am using GC 2.6.16 on Manjaro 17.0.1. I noticed that if I start
GC from terminal, I get a long list of Warning/Error items related to
