There's no particular reason why it couldn't be added, although we
would have to pick a branch, W_0 presumably.

I am interested in adding the Lambert W(x) function to the Gnumeric.
As for now I did it for me by creating a python plugin which calls the
scipy function. But maybe the function could be added to the standard set
of mathematical functions in Gnumeric?
I think I could try to do this with a little
