Umm... there are two packages in ubuntu/debian; unison and unison-gtk.
The GUI stuff is only in the latter

If you're having problems with the gui then forget about the gui for
now, since the gui is only used on the client side anyway, if it's
used at all

When i had finish building the packages, i must know i send it to
nexenta repository.
In the nexenta wiki the comand used is dput, but, what is the dput
configuration ?
