NRIs & NRGs meeting on Friday, March 31, 2006 at 11:00 am - On Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 11:00 am NRIs & NRGs will meet Mr. Eduardo Faleiro, (ex-Union Minister), NRI Commissioner, at New Secretariat, in Purvorim, Bardez, Goa as per following agenda: Introduction NRI Goan Association Progress Report Following issues will be discussed: 1- 4 weeks duration of NRI charter flights 2- Protection and management of NRI properties, including encroachment. 3- Voting status for NRIs in India. 4- Goan University degrees not recognized abroad. 5- Admission in Goa for NRI students in Professional Colleges (Engineering, Medicine. Pharmacy, Science, Computer and Arts). 6- CD Music and songs covering all aspects of Goan life.
