possible to purchase land in absentia irrespective of a motive. Is this not
so provided all local payments/taxes etc are paid? Just seeking a

visa and being a resident.
The article was Pushpa Iyengar's personal spin on a
bogus issue. She refers to foreigners who are on
TOURIST visas. Why is someone who is on a TOURIST
visa, which is a short stay visa by definition,
