Hotels which are Goan owned OR which do NOT discriminate against Goans seeking employment 2. Hotels which preferentially promote Goan culture incl. Konkani music 3. Hotels which preferentially serve authentic Goan cuisine prepared by Goan chefs 4. Hotels which have CLEAN kitchens, dining areas and guest rooms 5. Hotels which reinvest some of their earnings back into the village where they are situated 6.
