The glorious simplicity of the Susegade Goan way,
Viva Goa was a great event. We all enjoyed. I
congratulate the organisers for an excellent job keep

I do not agree to Eugene's comment on food line ups.
How can one expect fast food service for such a big
gathering ? One has to line up even after paying $30

I was just inquisitive to know how big Viva Goa is, so
I decided to head to Toronto for two weeks vaction. I
did contact Oscar Furtado who was kind enough to
arrange a free entry pass for me being the President
of the Goan Association Calgary.
I was really taken over as to how big this event was.

I would like to add my CONGRATULATIONS too.
My Congratulations to Goans of Canada for the
wonderful GOAN weekend you all organised in Toronto ,
and also for the great support you all gave to the organisors
of VIVA GOA .
We are looking forward to reading a detailed report
of the
Viva Goa keeps on growing bigger each year. At a rough
estimate, at least 5,000 people came for this year's
festival.
There were 16 teams in the men's section, with Parra
beating Calangute in the six-a-side indoor tournament.
Parra had won the tournament three or four years ago.
The Guirim team,
Just wanted to say that Viva Goa was a very
successful event. Cheers to the Goans for making it happen!
DJ Fatz did a wonderful job by keeping the
tunes coming. Also, Congrats to the Committee.

I am told groups of Goans from Washington and from
Pennyslvania are coming down to Toronto for Viva Goa.
12 teans, including Washington, are in the indoor
six-a-side soccer tournament. Five teams are competing
in the women's division.
The men's soccer tournament has been an interesting
aspect of
