Y-m-m-m-m-m,! Brings back happy memories of childhood. I cannot imagine how one could package or can this delectable dish. The best Kaalchi Kodi, or leftover yesterday's curry is best dried or atoiled in the kunle or terracota curry pot that it was prepared in. Vegetarian Kaalchi Kodi
