Dear Goanetters, The Judge of the Fast Track Court has given one very sensible sentence. The rapist is paralysed below the waist and would only be a burden on the jail authorities. Better if he ahs to pay for his own treatment and arrange for his care.The money will help the victim. Both the victim and the rapist are well past their prime.
