Interesting. Artistes from Goa should take advantage of the digital media
to spread their work. They also need to go in for a pricing system
and licensing-pattern which will avoid the spread of illegal-copying.
BTW, for my own work, I prefer the Free Software-inspired
/creativecommons.org type
