For instance, you can eat a free meal on Sundays at the (Sikh) gurudwara

This increase is a good second start up. At first there was 'no welfare
pension', even for these elderly persons without help. Now they at least are
getting something. Besides other private and catholic charities are and
should be encouraged to help out; these in turn should benefit with
