RESPONSE: Good thinking Ciril, Do you have a bottle of the exquisite
Feni, brewed and distilled by the Raia Seminary? I sure would like to
try some!
Cheers,
Gabe Menezes.
London, England
Not the Rachol seminary, dear Gabe. They don't have the gumption (begging
your
pardon, Fr. Ivo) for such an enterprise.
The worthy cajew-growers and distillers are the Salesians, also in Raitura,
a
bit away from the seminary.
Their produce deserves top marks. Truly nectarish, mellow taste, and no
hangover if you sometimes indulge imoderately.
When I return from a visit in late autumn I can gladly promise you a bottle.
I may
take a charter from London and Ryan it up-and-down from here.
