Folks, Tiny Cuba has eight international airports. It has embarked on an economic progress program and has converted half it's air force bases into airports to handle the hoards of tourists it now receives. Goa is the foremost destination of foreign tourists. If the Indian Govt had any sense at all, it would create, as a priority, an international airport in Goa.
