The event features a special menu with rock crab as the main ingredient. McDowell's will serve diners with a complimentary 30 ml of Signature with every order on the Crab Carnival menu. The menu will feature soups like Crab and Corn Soup, Crab Bisque, starters like Crab-Stuffed Papad and Crab Lollipops. The main course will have Goan preparations like Xec Xec and Kurlyo Sukhe. The menu will also have Chimbori Kalvam from Mumbai and Crab Ghassi from Mangalore on certain days.
