it was a pleasure to meet you all who were present at the Clube Vasco da Gama yesterday. Though I was recovering from some helath problem, it was great to meet so many people I interact with on the Internet "in loco" and personally.
Frederick, thank you for your concern, but I think the "lusophobia" period is quite "past tense" in Goa and especially gaonetters, being a global community representing an enormou cultural diversity, do not have any problems talking to a young Goan / Portuguese. And the average age of Goanet is not so alarmingly high as some think, it's perhaps just that younger members are not in Goa as regularly as their parents or just feel shy appearing to this type of "collective blind dates"...
It was great to talk to so many people with so many different projects. In case anyone has not got my contact number, I am still in Goa until the 4th of January and you may call me on 98 50 45 42 17. I am always interested in meeting people here in goa and... redsicover my roots and my homeland.
