As various people have held forth, the situation in Goa is very concerning
for parents; especially of daughters in school-age group. We would like to
believe we are a civilized society and the law and order machinery will be a
deterrent to wrong doers and the men-in-uniform are a sensitized,
I wonder if there is a d base of old schools in Goa? Besides I am glad that Xri
Antonio Sa is slowly making a comeback to GN. Slow and steady!

it is not living up to this reputation. The bureaucrats in Goa have totally
surrendered to the political rot. The Chief Secretary who heads the
bureaucracy should have led by example and kept the administration free
