*Konkani Song and Music Awards 2013 – TAG invites applications. *
A lot of Konkani Audio Albums are produced every year in Goa by Konkani
music enthusiasts by investing substantial amount of money. In order to
encourage them to produce qualitative albums, every year Tiatr Academy of
Goa presents the Konkani Song and Music Awards. TAG has invited
applications for the Konkani Song and Music Awards 2013 from interested
persons in the following categories:
a) Male Singer of the year (Solo)
b) Female Singer of the year (Solo)
c) Child Male Singer of the year (Solo)
d) Child Female Singer of the year (Solo)
e) Duet of the year
f) Duo of the year
g) Trio of the year
h) Quartet of the year
i) Choral Song of the year
j) Lyricist of the year
k) Music Composer of the year
l) Best Konkani Audio Album of the year
The Nature of lyrics for categories Duo, Duet, Trio and Quartet should be
interactive in nature. Besides Cash prizes ranging from Rs. 5000/- to Rs.
20000/- , mementos and certificates will be awarded to winners in the
above categories.
Interested party may collect entry forms available free of cost at TAG’s
office at AS-1, Second Floor, Trade Centre, Campal, Panaji- Goa and at
Ticket Counter (Mr. Luis Rebello) of Ravindra Bhavan-Margao, Fatorda and
will be accepted duly filled applications on prescribed format along with 4
album copies at TAG’s office at Panaji on or before 24th January 2014
during office hours. Konkani Audio Albums produced from 1st January 2013 to
31st December 2013 are eligible to participate in this competition.
