Garbage seems to be an issue of utmost concern in Goa.  Now with the season about to start, there will be heaps of garbage.  In certain areas, there are  plastic bags etc. are littered all along the roadside.   Can anyone suggest an urgent solution?   Bernice Pereira , Did you
