It is 12.33 am Friday... After sudden heavy showers in Margao... city is foul smelling and I had to close windows...All this hawkers who come down to make a kill in goa must be defecating in open spaces... ALL the municipality and panchayats should permit only those hawkers if they have available accommodation. And sleeping in the stalls should be disallowed...
