[Movement for Special Status for GOA]
Under the Convenorship of Adv. Antonio Lobo, has firmly decided, at it's
core meet held today at Panjim, to hold it's 'NORTH GOA SYMPOSIUM' on
Special Status for GOA [Special Provisions under Article 371 of the
Constitution of India], on 14th. April, 2013, the venue in the City of
Panjim to be declared shortly. This, to follow-up on MSSG's SOUTH GOA
SYMPOSIUM HELD on 26 January, 2013 at Navelim, Salcete-Goa. Many issues
pertaining to the Movement's immediate future strides, vital strategies and
campaigns to be taken-up which include filing of stretegic Writ Petitions
and Writ Interventions in the HC of Bomabya at Goa have been chalked out at
this streched-out meet. The meet was largely attended.
