Mutation (Form I & XIV) If you do not pay bribe, the process can take 2 years or more... If you pay bribe it can be done in less than 2 months If you are a politician say MLA/ Minister it can be done in one month (e.g. Madkaikar) If you are a Chief Minister or his family member it can be done in 24hours or within 8 hours precisely?
