Right now there are two mega-projects ongoing in the vicinity of Panjim, one
on the hillside at Reis Magos and the other in Dona Paula. I have repeatedly
emailed and SMS'ed Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar asking him how these
projects have been allowed to get off the ground.

I have been reading the various questions that have been put for Mr.
Parrikar to answer. I'd like to say the following up front. I hope we
understand three points very clearly
(a) Mr. Parrikar is an important player on the Goa scene. He has been
a previous CM, and is likely to be a CM

the necessary corrections.

What Anand has embarked and Mr. Parrikar has agreed, should be complimented.
Hope many similar events of these will follow, taking advantage of modern
technology. Anand's efforts should specially be welcomed by Diaspora Goans; who
rarely get to ask questions of the elected Goan politicians.
