Goan Teeners Climbing Up in Pop Star Competition in UK Two Kenya-born
teenagers Druston and Jason D´Mello of Goan origin living at Milton Keynes,
England, have made it to the finals of a popular musical contest: A SEARCH
FOR POP STAR in the UK. We all can be Goan-proud of these two school-goers,
knowing fully well what a stiff competition it is at the national level,
and reaching the finals can, in itself, be considered a great achievement.
Druston is singing his own composition, entitled: YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL, The
song currently, according to Goan Voice UK has slipped to number two on the
Instant Pop Star site. Your vote should help to bring it back to number one
and make it the winnner. The voting for the winner commenced on 3rd
September and will conclude on 30 September. Goans in England, and
particularly at Milton Keynes, will do a proud service to our community by
voting for them.
