THOUGHTLESS FIAT BY CENTRAL JUNIOR FINANCE MINISTER It is reported that Bagwat Karad told our CM to make Goa a zero cashless state in 3 months! Do they not know in the Finance Ministry after sudden implementation of demonitization, the terrible suffering, even resultant deaths the people had to endure and why there is a 64% increase in cash circulated? Ground realities are the poor infrastructure forget villages but in towns, where bank managers and customers and are frustrated due slow/internet down delays. Even savvy computer specialists and citizens find it difficult to transact, wary of fraudulant transactions etc leave alone senior citizens and kirana shops, not to mention non savvy and poor labor! The high prices of essential commodities, need for construction of towers and equipment which all cost money and time, which most poor and middle class do not have to spare. Students in remote areas had to climb mountains/trees for online access! People have only one life to live and continuously making it hell by thoughtless hasty fiats/ ordinances without discussion in Parliament resulting in majority of people's pain and unnessary waste of time running around to comply in these covid times, seems to be the order of the day!
