Sorry guys! I do not know how I could have missed FERNANDES which is the
most popular
surname among Goans. It is said Goan is Fernandes or Fernandes is Goan. If
I am not
mistaken , it easily outnumbers next five popular surnames clubbed together
i.e. Souza,
Rodrigues, Pereira, Costa and Dias.
