Dear Sir Aires, It is after quite some time, i am back browsing the Goanet. It is always a pleasure to read your messages/observations. It is a Pity that good people in Goa suffer due to some narrow politics or politicians. I reside at Mumbai and had been for some Work at the South Goa Collectorate and the GMC, Bambolim.
