Hello Victor and happy new year to you.
The hordes I referred to and those who did not have accommodation, came to Goa
armed with a stove. They lived on the beach (saw them myself), cooked there,
defecated there and bathed in the sea. Thanks to the moonlight during the new
year, they had enou

Viv, The people you're describing are victims of the situation. I guess
our ancestors encountered similar challenges too, sometime in the past. FN

The behaviour of domestic tourists in India is most likely due to the potrayal
of Goans in
Indian movies as drunks and the women having loose morals. So they come to Goa
thinking that they can have easy pickings. As for their sanitary habits, they
behave just the way that is normal for them in
se we have been attacking. Only some of our
visitors are uncouth, as opposed to the millions of Indians who are not.
Very best regards to the two of you, and also to BC, who is probably dying
to pitch in.

Figueiredo. Good question. Probably no functioning public toilets. The stinking
masses that invade Goa during this time don't need functioning toilets, any
place is fit to defecate...the beaches, the fields...you name it. Nobod
Bernice,
Sure, these and more will be put into effect.

Good suggestions Floriano if they are put into effect. Also people messing
around in public places should be heavily fined to serve as a deterrent. Fines
are the best solution.
Has anyone seen the stinking fields around the Anjuna flea market. How can we
remain apathetic to this awful mess.

Mr. Rajan Parrikar has described these miscreants very aptly. Not only
Miramar, you must see Anjuna and other villages. It is totally traffic locked,

From what I hear, the uncouth, mannerless Indian hordes that have poured into
Goa for Dec 31 have made a mess in and round Miramar (and surely, elsewhere in
Goa). This has become a yearly nuisance now. Outsiders coming to Goa in their
cars, using the beach as their playground, tras
