These are poor INDIAN human beings who earn a living by selling balloons and such stuff in INDIA, their own homeland. They are at least not like the Goan politicians, the Ranes, Alemaos and the Naiks, who suck blood of their fellow human beings. These folks don't have enough to rent/built a house
