Now, now, this is vintage Cecil, stirring up the pot (with or without crabs).  
Cecil is well known for his humor.  So before anyone takes his post seriously 
and starts a tirade, I suggest we take his post with a big pinch of salt !

There is a lot of work to be done in organizing a convention.
